A war is coming. I have heard it argued that this war must be avoided; that it is “exactly what the establishment wants.” I disagree. I think globalists like those at the World Economic Forum certainly want enough chaos to provide cover for the implementation of their global “Reset” agenda, but they don’t want a full blown rebellion. They only want events in which the outcome is controllable or predictable – They do not want a massive organized resistance that might surprise them.
Ultimately it doesn’t matter because the war is already at our doorstep. A person has two choices: Fight or be enslaved. There is no third option. There is no walking away. There is no hiding from it and there is no passive solution to it.
Joe Biden’s recent declaration of a federal level nationwide vaccine mandate has all but ensured that conflict is inevitable. Why? Because it is the first major step towards a two-tier society in which the unvaxxed are cut out of the economy. The next step? Forced vaccinations under threat of fines and imprisonment, the threat of confiscation of one’s children, or vaccination at the barrel of a gun. Needless to say, this was not at all surprising to me. In December of last year I published an article titled ‘If You Thought 2020 Was Bad, Watch What Happens In 2021’, stating that:
“There will then be a major push to require medical passports proving a person is not infected to enter into any public place. This means submission to 24/7 contact tracing or getting a new vaccine whenever ordered to. Basically, your life will be under the total control of state or federal governments if you want to have any semblance of returning to your normal life…..New mutations of COVID-19 will be conveniently found every year from now on, meaning the public will have to get new vaccinations constantly, and medical tyranny will never go away unless people take an aggressive stand.”
I have also mentioned often in the past that Biden WOULD institute federal level vaccines mandates and possibly even Level 4 lockdowns. We are not to the point yet of lockdowns by executive order, but the Biden Administration is trying to dive headlong into the control agenda with an executive order stating that all businesses in the US with 100 employees or more must require those employees to provide proof of vaccination or demand employees show a negative covid test weekly (which will be impossible for most people). In other words, the Orwellian rise of vaccine passports has officially begun in the US.
Not only was Biden’s announcement an utter violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it was also condescending and vitriolic towards Americans who refuse to become guinea pigs for the experimental and untested vaccines. Biden suggested that the establishment “Has been patient, but their patience is wearing thin.”
I have to say, Biden is in for a shock if he thinks we care.
I can’t cover every single lie and logical fallacy in Biden’s speech because that is not the purpose of this article. I can only once again point out some very basic logical conclusions and pieces of scientific evidence which debunk most of Biden’s nonsensical blather. Since he seems to be so interested in why we are “hesitant”, let’s go through this ONE MORE TIME, shall we…
1) The median death rate of covid according to almost every single medical study and every official government tally remains at 0.26% of the infected. Given that around 40% of all covid deaths happen among people in nursing homes with preexisting conditions, it is likely that the actual death rate is much lower. But let’s just say that it is in fact 0.26% – Why is there any need to impose draconian medical controls over a virus that 99.7% of people will easily survive? Why not create a support fund for the 0.26% of people that are truly at risk so they can stay home while the rest of us get on with regular life?
2) Throughout the course of the pandemic in the US the largest percentage of hospital ICU beds that have been occupied by covid patients is 17%. That is the PEAK of covid in the ICUs. For the past few months the percentage has been closer to an average of 8% or less. This is according to the government’s own stats, which the CDC now buries instead of posting openly for easy viewing by the public. So, when the corporate media or Biden claims that the ICUs are “overwhelmed” by covid patients, this is a lie
A new nationwide study of electronic hospital records on covid patients also shows nearly half of covid “hospitalizations” are actually people that are asymptomatic, not deathly sick people as the media often portrays.
3) The experimental mRNA covid vaccines have NO long term testing to prove their safety over the long term. At least none that has ever been released to the public. The average vaccine is tested for 10-15 years before it is approved and released for use in humans. The covid vaccines were rolled out in mere months. Again, there is NO PROOF whatsoever that the covid vaccines are safe in the long term, and there are already a number of examples of lack of safety in the short term. Why would we trust an experimental protein spike vax that has nowhere near the same testing history as the majority of other normal vaccines?
4) Multiple studies in nations with high rates of vaccination, including a recent study from Israel, prove that there is no such thing as a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.” In fact, 60% of infection cases in Israel are actually fully vaccinated people. Furthermore, Israel has found that vaccinated people are 13-27 times more likely to get infected than people with natural immunity, and they are 8 times more likely to end up in ICU.
These findings reinforce data released a month ago out of Massachusetts, where 5100 covid infections were fully vaccinated people and 80 of them died. In other words, the vaccines don’t work so great, especially when compared to natural immunity.
5) Data from the Public Health England and the NHS shows that the vaccinated and unvaccinated have almost identical rate of infectiousness. In other words, a vaccinated person is almost as likely to give you covid as an unvaxxed person.
Now, let’s present some rational questions in the face of this irrational covid circus of fear:
If the experimental vaccines actually work, then how are unvaccinated people a threat to vaccinated people and why should unvaccinated people be forced to take the jab?
If the vaccines don’t work, then, again, why should ANYONE be forced to take an untested and unreliable vax?
Slow-Joe argues that the vaccinations are “safe and effective” against covid, but only seconds later in the same breath he claims that “unvaxxed people are a threat to vaccinated people.” He promotes the lie that this is a “pandemic of the unvaccinated”, then says the vaccinated are in danger. Even a child could pick up on the inherent contradictions in Biden’s claims.
As always, the issue of “mutations” is brought up in defense of 100% vaccination campaigns. But if “mutations” are the concern, then why isn’t the government addressing the fact that a vaccinated population is just as likely if not more likely to create mutant variants of a virus when compared to unvaccinated people? Why are the unvaxxed being singled out as the supposed menace to society?
The biggest question is – Why should anyone submit to covid mandates at all? Mandates are not laws, they are color of law restrictions without legal merit. The bottom line? Unconstitutional orders are not to be followed. This leads us to the state and local strategies for fighting back against the federal passport mandates. Let’s get into it:
Simply Ignore The Mandates And Carry On With Life As Normal
How does Biden plan to enforce these mandates on businesses? If they refuse to go along to get along, what can he do about it? Who would he send to threaten or punish these businesses? Who would be dumb enough to follow that order? Does he plan to send the IRS, the FBI, the Health Department? Someone has to do it, right? And what happens when a business is threatened and a crowd of conservatives in the community come to its defense? What happens when local and state law enforcement get in the way of federal agencies? What is Biden going to do about that? Answer – Nothing, at least not anything direct.
The Indirect Method Works Both Ways
If Biden is confronted with solid resistance to the passports in communities and states, there is really only one path he has left, which is indirect pressure through economic penalties. Biden WILL attempt to force states to comply by cutting of federal funds and tax dollars. This idea might terrify some people because there is a percentage of the population in every state that relies on federal EBT and other programs for their survival. However, the federal government can be punished in the same way just as easily by the states. Let me explain…
Confiscate Federal Lands And Resources
Any state that is cut off from its rightful share of tax dollars can easily claim domain over federal lands and the resources on them. It is the EPA restrictions on these lands that have been unfairly used to kill numerous industries across the country. With proper management, these resources can be used to revitalize state economies and offset any federal funds lost.
Offer Businesses Federal Tax Exemptions If They Relocate
Red states can also punish the federal government by stopping IRS tax collections within their borders and turning the tables on Biden. Numerous businesses would be itching to escape Biden’s high tax rates and would bring jobs and wealth into red states, leaving the conformist blue states in the dust.
Boot Federal Agencies Out Of The State Or County
Local law enforcement is refusing to enforce mandates in many places, which is a good start, but eventually sheriffs and communities may have to remove federal presence entirely in order to stop violations of civil liberties.
Offer Safe Havens For Military Personnel That Go AWOL To Avoid Forced Vaccination
A large percentage of soldiers say they will not comply with federal vax requirements and this is completely understandable given the evidence I just presented above. It would be to the benefit of red states to offer protection for soldiers that leave the military based on the principle of health autonomy. Perhaps they could even help in forming state militias…
Reduce Restrictions On Medical Treatment Facilities – Start Vax Free Clinics
30% to 40% of medical professionals depending on the state say they will not take the experimental vax, and they are willing to lose their jobs in the process. Why not get these people with valuable medical skills to come to red states and counties and let them set up clinics outside of suffocating federal regulations? This may even reduce the prices on medical care in many cases.
Form Trade Relationships With Other Free States
Conservatives and constitutionalists need to organize and unify, and the best way to do this is to start with trade. It is likely that Biden will attempt to interfere with imports and the supply chain when it comes to red states, so they will need to stick together economically in order to prevent disruptions to the availability of goods. We need to rethink how states interact with each other and build more independent production and trade instead of relying on overseas suppliers. We will also need commodity backed banks with commodity backed currencies, because the buying power of the US dollar isn’t going to last much longer anyway.
Unify For Defense
If Biden and the globalists continue to push for medical tyranny in states and counties that do not want it, there will eventually be calls for secession. There will also be attempts by blue states to restrict the travel of people from red states using covid passport checkpoints. We all know this is coming. All conservative counties should be organizing localized security through public militias, and state governments should be thinking along these lines as well. If there’s one thing authoritarians HATE more than anything else it is suffering the existence of free neighbors. They will try to stop us from being free, and we must be ready to answer their violence with our own.
Finally, I would like to speak to Joe Biden directly, since Joe was so keen on personally addressing us:
Joe, let me clarify this in the simplest terms possible so that you can grasp it – You are not important. You are not a lawmaker and you are not a ruler, you are an employee of the American people, that is all your are supposed to be. And though you may wish to be a dictator, that’s not going to happen. We will not allow it. I realize that you are a puppet and that your globalist handlers make most of your decisions and write most of your statements for you, so you can pass this message on to them as well: WE WILL NOT COMPLY. It’s not going to happen. Get used to the idea.
We are peaceful people and always have been. Our tolerance of your trespasses thus far is proof of that. But do not mistake our peacefulness as weakness. If you keep coming after us, you will regret it. We will teach you an important lesson in humility; a lesson you and your elitist friends sorely need and will not enjoy. This is a promise.

As far as I understand it, a Convention of States nullifies the constitution. I never thought it sounded like a solution to anything.
Brandon, I suggest that you further your knowledge and information regarding Article 5 of the Constitution of the United States prior to spreading false blanket statements. I suggest a fairly short and very approachable book written by Robert G. Natelson titled “The Law Of Article V” “State Initiation of Constitutional Amendments”.

An election was just stolen in plain view. Biden has zero legal authority, in any document, to give “orders” he did in the very speech Brandon is writing about in this article, but he did anyway. If you change the legal documents Biden is ignoring, why the hell do you think he won’t ignore them?
If you think a new Constitution will help any, I’ll point out that there is already zero authority in the Constitution for the CDC, and the CDC is a direct violation of the Enumerated Powers. You don’t need a Convention of the States; you could point out today that the CDC is against the current Constitution. If you think changing the document will get you out of our current predicament, test your theory by getting rid of the CDC right now. Then the Gun Control Act of 1934, Hughes Amendment, and others and I’ll listen to you.
The “Constitutional Convention” was actually sent to Philadelphia under specific instructions to PROPOSE AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION. Does this sound familiar? No, the Constitution isn’t the problem….it is the lack of enforcement. Anytime the government has strayed outside of their very limited powers, the States should have immediately put a stop to it. The States formed the federal government, not the other way around. They also can abolish it. But how many are willing to do so? Will the States do anything now? Nullification of unconstitutional laws would work if States actually utilized the 10th Amendment.

Montana is leading a solid charge against mandates for their employers and healthcare professionals. Their AG needs support! But I high doubt their people will just lay down if his lawsuit fails.

Much as I appreciate the suggestion (and I do, a lot), I have no reason to believe anything would come of that.
Well, here’s how I figure it, and I’m an employment lawyer in CA…you may not win a jury verdict (since you would need 100% of the jurors on your side) and likely not win with a judge (since they’ll be pressured to favor the company), but you’ll likely get a pre-litigation settlement offer or at the very least a pre-trial settlement just because the company would want to avoid liability, and their insurance carrier (assuming there is one) would have an obligation to payout to avoid a big judgment against the insured company. And attorneys out there would take your case on contingency, so you risk nothing.
Well, you have vastly more knowledge than I do, so I will consider it.

Agree, don’t give up! Demand a letter of dismissal. The same goes for military. There are class action suites out there now that will make employers very sorry the bought into these wrongful actions.
I hesitate, but only slightly, to say that if your former friends abandoned you for non-compliance, then they were not true friends anyway.
If you do some searching, you will find that there are countries that never had a high level of accepting this shot and are well past it all with most regular activities having resumed. I say most activities because there are still supply disruptions for various reasons.
Strange as it may seem, Russia is among them. Apparently, when faced with mandates, the Russian people just refused to acknowledge them. The Russian government quietly abandoned them. I have to admit that I never expected to live in a world where the Russians are more free than Americans.
I don’t think the globalists are all that concerned about the Russian population right now, though it is good that they have refused to comply. The bulk of the globalist effort is clearly aimed at the US. Also, go anywhere outside of a blue county or go to a red state and you will find that we are as free as ever. Bliss: I have found throughout my long life that everything I thought was a personal disaster, instead opened new avenues for me. When I was younger, in the 60’s, I had not yet seen beneath the layers, consequently I often was resistant to the new change. Looking back now I see that it was as if it was all planned out. Without the severe challenges and disappointments I would not have ended up where I am now. Where I am now is that for many decades I have been completely outside of what has happened in the U.S…….just walking my own path. That path has led me to be completely independent of what is happening out there. Keep your chin high….it is leading to better things. Have Faith that the road is being cleared for you also.

Your job loss may be “a blessing in disguise” – we never know where Fate will take us. Same for me. On one level having a frank discussion with my wife is going to lead to a break, in my opinion, so it’s like being “fired” as a husband. She’s a devoted watcher of the PBS NewsHour with what’s her name, she got the two vaccines, and voted for Biden. That is diametrically opposed to who I am. It’s a hassle to find new employment and it is a hassle to build a separate life, but sometimes we have no choice. I am reminded of a current slogan Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming. That’s almost like a voice from God at this point. You may be moving to another state? Me too. I reckon I’ll go home to Texas. I left there in 1989 when I was 41 and embarked on a long odyssey with many twists and turns. Now I am 73 and facing the end of this life sometime in the not too distant future (unless I’ve inherited my Mom’s longevity genes). I live in Blue as Blue can Be Washington State. I am tired of watching idiots wearing masks and “practicing social distancing”, and the rest of the non-sense. I was watching an auto auction held in Houston last month and everybody there was having a good time, shaking hands, hugging friends and family, like we used to be. So Texas seems like a good bet considering my birth place, culture, etc AND because it’s still a relatively free state.

I think most businesses will crumble very quickly if they fire the unvaxxed. I work at a retail dist center with 1200 employees and nobody wants to work.
Covid leave after covid leave, bonuses of up to $500 just to show up and work your regular schedule.
There are probably 30-40% who are unvaxxed and say they will not take the jab…including management.
The firing of the unvaxxed will further destroy the fragile and dieing economy we all live in.

Here’s where we agree and disagree, but perhaps by only a very small margin. On the one hand, it’s “way past time”, and perhaps also too early. In other words, I one hundred percent totally agree that war cannot be avoided and that every able-bodied person needs to fight and that we need a full blown rebellion – the bigger the better. Unfortunately, from what I see and hear online and in my neck of the woods, people in most areas are not organized. In other words, if a lone gunman goes to the City Hall building, or the state capitol, he’ll be done for before he even begins. But if that same gunman goes with 20 others (arbitrary number), trained and with an entry and exit plan, then we’re talking, and I say, “Let’s get ready to rumble!!” If any militia anywhere in the states can pull it off, then I say “go for it!” and don’t wait another day. I just care for each and every one of my Christian brothers and I would be saddened for your loss and don’t want anyone to go out for nothing (like I think Christian Westbrook aka The Ice Age Farmer who hasn’t posted in almost 2 months and I fear may have been taken out).

Well, I think what you are describing is not a “war”, but a vigilante action, probably serving very little purpose in the long run. If you have a community reacting to something like an attempt by the feds to push door-to-door forced vaccinations, then this would be more of a Lexington Bridge moment – The beginning of a war.

As pointed out by the Tenth Amendment Center and Krisanne Hall many times, the biggest problem with any federal enforcement scheme is manpower. The feds simply don’t have the numbers needed to enforce these edicts even if they wanted to. They have to rely on local and state cooperation and when cooperation is withdrawn there’s little the feds can do about it especially if the local and state authorities actively obstruct them.
Also red states are going to have to start taking ideas from the blue states playbook in defying federal authority if they want to get serious about defending liberty. This idiotic strategy of trying to fight unconstitutional edicts in court needs to go.

It doesn’t have to be one or the other. A court victory, even if rare, is still a victory. You’re right, of course, that court fights should not be the ONLY means we employ.
Thank you for clarification. Many feel, as I have before, that we are just wasting our time in the courts since they just violate our rights anyway. Not always so. Anything that highlights the government’s abuses of constitutional rights is a good thing.

Well Washington certainly has a problem because people i.e. the masses are starting to put the pieces together. Nurses and Doctors are now quitting for refusing to be vaxxed. Some in the military are also quitting for the same reasons.

You know as well as I do that the globalist plan for decades, and you can rest assured that this vaccine has been in testing and development for at least a decade and probably much longer.
In order to get a clear picture of the enemy here, it must be accepted that they know this shot will kill anybody who takes it within a certain time frame. They know who it will kill (HINT: white people who value freedom and own the guns) if they can get them to take it either voluntarily or by force.
The goal is not to take the guns, but to kill the gun owners. I also suspect that the shot makes those who take it super spreaders, and the goal of 70% vaccinated will kick in a reverse Herd Immunity where the rest of us can’t avoid them.
It is time to stand up, but the enemy must be properly recognized for who they are and more particularly what they are doing. My sister took the shot, and has been very sick with intestinal issues for three months. She still calls it COVID, and soon she will die for her mistake.

Yeah, I don’t agree with Luongo on that premise, not completely. If anyone thinks a shooting war is avoidable, they may be smoking some hope-ium. I do agree that decentralization measures need to be tried first, but we shouldn’t depend only on state governments, either. That is a recipe for disaster. Support legislators that prove their mettle and stand their ground on the passports, but also prepare for the fight that is inevitably coming. We are dealing with psychopaths – they do not care about state laws or lawsuits. They will use force to get what they want, so we must use it to defend ourselves if necessary.

How sure are you that red state governments are run by people who will respect the Constitution and will take up any measures against tyranny? The south is full of red states, but also a lot of obedience to rules and the government. Kentucky is even one of the worst states on lockdowns and government mandates. In Utah, the governor is pro-vaccine and I wouldn’t be that surprised if the legislature went along with some crackdowns also, given the mormon church’s stance on getting the shots. Obviously, we will all need to do our part regardless of the state government’s actions, but you seem a lot more hopeful than I am that the red states will resist.
As I note in the article, measures need to be taken at the local level. It’s not enough to rely on state governments. That said, most red states right now are free. The blue states are not. The proof is in the pudding.

One of the problems small businesses face is the insurance industry. Before a small biz can “Simply Ignore The Mandates And Carry On With Life As Normal” there needs to popup a parallel biz world in which insurance can be found that does not dictate jab-mandate-compliance in trade for coverage.
Except that the insurance is also mandated by government, so we might have to ignore that as well if the insurance companies try to force the passports.
Not all insurance is government-mandated but even in areas where insurance is not mandated by the government, in our litigious society insurance companies have an existential make-or-break control over many businesses. At any rate, to truly stand strong against government-overreach into our G*d-given freedoms and liberties, a counter-culture (shades of the 60s: “Not with my Body!”) needs to develop and that should include all types of businesses, including insurance.
Please understand this point is not in opposition to your position. More like an addition to consider in the larger picture of how to respond to the questions you raised.
Insurance companies that are not mandated by the government are not going to demand those businesses press for covid passports because those insurance companies will lose all of their clients. Your theory is faulty. Also, if someone tries to sue you over not having covid passports, just don’t show up to court. If all businesses do this what are they going to do about it? This idea that insurance companies have some kind of omnipotent control over the business sector is just not reality.

Because the globalists can’t control everyone all the time. Also, I’m sure you have noticed that the focus of the globalist vaccination passport efforts has been on the US in particular. Why? Hard to say, but it seems to me that they want us under control because we are the biggest threat. They aren’t worried about Mexico or Japan. The majority of those people are disarmed and helpless in the event that they bring in the covid gestapo. We are not.
The globalists are pushing hard in Australia as well – and here in Canada every week another province announces the passports…the federal election on Monday is bound to be contentious…although we still count ballots by hand up here, I have no faith in an honest outcome.

They are pushing the lockdowns in Australia, but not so much on the actual vaccinations. They are still trailing the US by quite a bit, I think because they are not in a hurry in these places. They are pushing the vaccines HARD in the US, more so than almost anywhere else except perhaps parts of Asia. They think if they can assimilate the US into the vax cult and get the passports in place they will have effectively removed all major resistance to the globalist agenda. Canada is also more armed than many other countries so it makes sense they would push the passports aggressively there as well.

I haven’t seen that article so I don’t know the context but I think the Yellen theory is a real stretch, mainly because it’s not necessary. Why replace Biden in the middle of his term when he’s a perfectly good usable puppet? Also, it’s not as if President of the US is a highly sought after position by the central bankers. I find it curious that requiring a third booster for everyone was shot down. Any thoughts on why that happened? Seems contrary to both the “depopulation” agenda and the control agenda of making people continually have to keep up with the latest booster.
Maybe all you need is one or two shots for negative affects. Or, maybe give it a few months and watch them institute boosters. In fact, count on it.

They roundly condemn the mRNA “vaccines” going as far as to suggest that the inoculated are at great risk due to being immunocompromised. I’m not a gambling man, but I do not see how they can keep this quiet when the Dark Winter scenario begins to play out.
@Farmer, I see it as their “2 steps foward, 1 step back” approach.
Since toxicity hasn’t been grossly apparent so far, I would imagine one or more of these possibilities:
– micro clots are occurring more over time
-ADE (Antibody Dependent Enhancement) is occurring as the neutralizing titers drop over time and as escape variants which are resistant to the original vaccine (Delta, Mu) come in waves
-just as chronic infections that the immune system can’t fight off, can create autoimmune diseases, I could imagine the high burden of spike antigen caused by multiple jabs, could cause auto immune responses directed at endothelial tissue with receptors for the spike protein.
All of those possibilities would be made worse by continued boosters. I suspect the high mortality and serious disease rate in vaccinated, in Israel is related to them giving third boosters.
It just seemed surprising to me that with all the vax pressure, that they pulled back with boosters now. But I’m sure there’s a rationale on their part.
It’s not that surprising. They were saying “no vaccine passports” only 6 months ago; now they are trying to mandate them. It’s called the totalitarian tip-toe. I would also add that infertility could be reversed over time given that it has been induced by a poison or product that is then removed from your system. The booster shots are coming; make no mistake, and there is a good chance that this entire agenda is about sterilizing the population. This is what virology experts NOT paid by the government consistently bring up as a concern when it comes to the mRNA technology.
I’d also add that they are breaking ranks by the dozens.
