Young People Turn To Collectivism Because Of These Psychological Disparities

December 9, 2021

By Brandon Smith

Are Americans changing with the times, are the times changing with Americans, or, has nothing really changed at all in the past century?

Before we dive into this discussion it’s important to understand one thing above all else – There is nothing new under the sun. Every “new” political movement or cultural upheaval has happened a thousand times or more in the past. Every “new” form of governance is just a rehashed version of a system that came before it. Every “new” economic structure is one of a handful of preexisting and ever repeating trade methodologies. Every “new” revolution and rebellion is a fight for the same basic goals against the same persistent foes that have always existed since the dawn of civilization. All of human history can be condensed down to a few fundamental and irreconcilable differences, desires, values and ambitions.

This cycle of events is a kind of historical furnace where people and nations are forged. Most go through life without any inkling of the whirlwind; they think the things happening to them are unique and unprecedented. Maybe if human beings lived longer lives they would realize how common such conflicts are and view the repetition with less panic.

The so called “disenfranchised” feel overwhelmed by the tides and completely devoid of any influence over the future. Then there are those that have the ability to see the story unfold. There are those that try to control it and use it to their advantage. There are those that are trying desperately to escape it, even at the cost of reason and sanity. And, there are those that take truly individual action and make history rather than simply being caught up in it.

None of us really knows which path we will choose until we are faced with a defining moment, and none of us knows when that moment will arrive. I know it sounds crazy, but living in interesting times is not a curse, it is a blessing. Of course, not everyone feels this way…

Collectivism Targets The Young For A Reason

As the mainstream media is fond of reminding us, there is a large percentage of teens and young adults today that are turning to collectivist systems like socialism to find protection from what they see as a cruel and unfair era that is inhospitable to their prosperity and emotional security. They feel that the generations that came before them rendered all the fat and siphoned all the wealth this country has to give and now there is nothing left for them. In some cases they are correct, in other cases they have been cleverly misled.

That’s right folks, it’s a return to that epic battle between the inexperienced and naive younglings who will one day inherit the Earth, and the selfish and obstinate “boomers” that supposedly ruined it for them. A battle not just of classes but of generations; nothing new under the sun, same as it ever was.

According to mainstream polling over the past few years there has been an aggressive shift in younger people away from traditional American concepts like free markets (What leftists call “capitalism”) and individualism towards the sweet sugary smell of candy coated socialism. The strange thing is that many millennials and Gen Z kids mistrust government more than any generation that has come before them in recent memory. Yet, more than half of them actually think that socialism (big government) is a “rebellion” against corrupt and intrusive government influence. Yeah, how did they ever come to that conclusion? It’s bizarre.

There are a lot of very insightful theories on why this is happening. Some people argue that public schools and colleges have become subversively communist and ideological, and that recent generations have been exposed to increasing levels of indoctrination. It’s true, the evidence is undeniable that this is happening and the propaganda coming from public schools is so radioactive it’s giving the country cancer.

However, what this theory overlooks is that younger people are targeted with collectivist cultism for a reason – They are already highly susceptible to the narrative. Certain people and groups are more psychologically inclined to adopt particular values and embrace particular solutions.

Young people tend to lean more towards the collectivist mentality, and the elitists behind the curtain encourage and exploit this existing social trait. They don’t create these divisions out of thin air, the divisions already exist in society and they take advantage. That’s the big secret that very few analysts want to acknowledge.

Who Is To Blame?

To be fair, older generations have not helped the situation much. It would have been better if the fight against globalism, collectivism, etc. had been fought and ended decades ago. There have been a lot of false starts. Economically, older Americans have done very little to stop government spending and the Federal Reserve’s money printing bonanza and now we are witnessing a stagflationary crisis which young people are ill equipped to survive. There are many comforts that Baby Boomers took for granted, such as greater buying power of the dollar and easier home ownership, and these are comforts that newer generations will probably not experience.

But then again, blaming the apathy of “boomers” as the sole culprits behind the economic decline of the US is a deflection on the part of young socialists. Let’s be realistic; the vast majority of stimulus creation was accomplished by the Fed between 2008 and today. Millennials are more than old enough to take part of the responsibility. The central bank and the government conjured more national debt and inflationary stimulus in the past decade than all the previous 235 years of our country’s existence combined. Most younger Americans stood by and watched this happen right along with the baby boomers.

Also, accusing boomers of dereliction of duty for not leaping into revolution against the powers-that-be presumes that this was ever their job. It’s a lot like blaming the parents or grandparents of the Founding Fathers for not breaking from England sooner. Maybe there just wasn’t enough momentum yet? Maybe the task was left to the founders era for a reason. Maybe these things are part of a cycle (as mentioned above) and maybe an accounting of our current predicament was not possible until today? Like I said, we don’t get to choose the time in which we live, and moments where tyranny or rebellion are decided are fleeting in history.

Sorry, kids, but someone has to come of age during these moments of malaise and that lot falls to you. Unfortunately, some of you will now be standing in support of the corrupt system instead of fighting against it and we will be finding ourselves at cross-purposes.

The Exploitable Psychological Weaknesses Of Youth

The question again is, why are we on opposite sides? Why are around two-thirds of younger people putting their faith in big government when they are the generation that’s supposed to be the most suspicious of government? What is it with the young and socialism and collectivism?

To be sure, collectivist movements like to present themselves as “revolutionary” and fighting for the “underdogs.” And usually they are marginal in their social presence and seem to be grassroots in origin when they begin. The key to knowing if a movement is real or if it is a controlled farce is to see who is putting their money behind it.

It is not surprising to most conservatives that the political left enjoys endless cash flow from globalist institutions and corporate backers. After all, we’re the people these kids are being encouraged to destroy because we are in actual opposition to the system (save a handful of GOP elites that are conservative in rhetoric only).

Social justice groups are finding enthusiastic allies among the mega-rich, the very people the left claims they are fighting to dethrone. BLM and other leftist organizations have received hundreds of millions of dollars in aid from the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, George Soros and his Open Society Foundation, etc. This is not conspiracy “theory”, this is openly admitted reality.

Colleges in particular have long been a grooming ground for the elites, and it’s important to remember that many leftists are coaxed and manipulated by gatekeepers into the role of angry activists. That doesn’t mean they bear no responsibility for their actions. This leads us to the psychology of today’s younger generation and why they are so often targeted for exploitation by collectivists.

The Vulnerable Psychology Of The Young

Collectivist movements associate with empathetic causes and many young people draw political conclusions based on emotion and empathy. It makes sense; most younger Americans value empathy and charity above all else because they have only been on this Earth for a short period of time. They have thrived for most of their brief existences because of charity and support from other people (like their parents). They move into the adult world wondering why collective support and centralized charity are not there waiting for them. It’s the only system of survival they have ever known, and now the world demands that they stand on their own two feet and make their way alone.

The go to solution is usually to go to college and take on debt. For the past 10-15 years college for most people has become a way to escape the real world for a few years more. A large number of them take on useless majors and pay tens of thousands of dollars for degrees that have no value to any employer. When college ends the escape plan ends and once again reality waits for them, but now they have an average of $30,000 in debt dragging on their necks like a millstone.

This is why the number of young people living with their parents into their 20s and 30s has skyrocketed in the past several years to 52%. When mommy and daddy are no longer the primary means of sustainment they search for a proxy, and the government looks like a tempting replacement.

This is partially the fault of helicopter parents that have spent the better part of their children’s lives trying to shield them from any responsibility or consequences. They have left swarms of these kids completely unprepared for the harsh lessons of the adult world. The fact of the matter is, childhood ends, and dependency ends, and you will have to be able to function without constant help or you will feel the pain of failure. This is how the world works and how it always will work. Socialism/communism and globalism/collectivism all make promises that under their new system you can remain a child for the rest of your life, forever cared for by government. This is a lie.

Collectivist systems do have a habit of making most people equal, in that we are all made equally poor and equally destitute. The Utopian vision of a world without work or worries always has a hidden price tag as well. The sacrifice of personal freedom is the trade and while some don’t see this as a bad thing most of them aren’t old enough yet to understand what they are losing.

A problem more specific to Millennials and Gen Z is that they have extraordinarily high expectations but extremely low initiative and ambition. When the top dream job for young people in poll after poll is “YouTuber” or “Influencer”, you know that our society is in trouble. The expectation is that work will always be minimal while money will always be ample and fame will be inevitable. Social media is built on this very narrative, and the number of “followers” a person has on social media is treated as a currency; subscribers and followers are the new measure of individual success, even if that person has accomplished nothing else in their lives.

Imagine that you have this mentality sloshing around in your brain and suddenly you are faced with the cold hard reality of the 9 to 5 work-a-day world? You are going to be enraged when you realize how much struggle and discomfort it really takes just to pay the rent and put food in your stomach.

Zennials think that older people somehow didn’t have to go through this, but they are misinformed. Nearly ALL OF US struggle in our twenties to get somewhere in life. MOST OF US have lived paycheck to paycheck in our early years. Once you enter adulthood it can take a couple of decades to accumulate any measure of wealth or success, but young people today are utterly impatient with the process and are clamoring for shortcuts. When they realize there are no shortcuts, they feel they have been wronged.

There is a realization that comes to a person only through experience and heartache, and it is this: Life is not a violation of our comfort. Life is not something that is “done to us.” Life is unfair for a reason – It is a test of who we are and who we might become. Life is a relentless test.

Collectivist gatekeepers will spin fantastic narratives of a future devoid of discomfort and free from responsibility. All you have to do is give up all your freedoms and the reward will be a perpetual childhood. It sounds nice, but it is quite evil in its design. Infantizing a society is the first step to enslaving a society. Being dependent on government means giving total control to government; government becomes the parent, and not all parents love their children.

Big government and collectivism are also intoxicating weapons. Much like the “One Ring” in the Lord of The Rings, a lot of people think they can use it for good, but big government power corrupts everyone eventually. There are many people on the political left today that are basking in the dark side of this power. They love the intimidation of the mob, and they love that corporations and politicians are helping them to destroy their enemies.

All social justice is built on the notion that the expectation of betterment is a form of bigotry. Seeing merit as a measure of a person’s value is deemed horrific. In a meritocracy these people have no power, but in a world of “equity” where people compete to see who is the most broken and the most oppressed the power goes to the those who can get the most handouts and special treatment.

Then, there are people that are simply narcissistic and sociopathic, and these are traits that are highly valued in the social media culture and in collectivist regimes. In the new world there will be two types of people who will be allowed to succeed: The people that prove their victim status and the people that have no conscience. If you don’t have any defining social justice points to help you climb the diversity totem pole then you will be stuck, unless you are willing to do almost any evil to get ahead. And maybe this has always been the goal of the establishment – To get our culture to a place where evil is the most acceptable option.

To be clear, there are millions of young Americans that are NOT on board with the collectivist program, but the longer the current dynamic goes on the harder it will be to reverse the damage already done by the system. Something is going to have to change very soon and rather violently. While the young are exploited through their fears of stepping into a world based on merit, collectivist tyranny will only continue to grow.

Äny man who, by age 19 is not a communist, has no heart.
Any man who, age 25 is still a communist, has no brain.”
Twain? Shaw? Century ago people already understood the hormonal drive underlying communist ideology in teenagers. Suddenly abandoned to the drives of competing for a livelihood, procreation in a world where ‘good’ fe/males are scarce, finding your social level (pecking order). Communism promises to simplify all that scary stuff…
Simple truths have been recognised for millennia, therefor the creation of the ‘generation gap’ to destry that continuity of parental wisdom.

You’d think that in the age of the internet these kids would be able to google search the actual real-world effects of socialism or have conversations with people who have actually lived under socialism before they decide to jump aboard that ship.

This article also got me thinking: if they were as anti-establishment as they claim to be why do they always call for the heads of anyone who actually stands up to and resists government tyranny like the Jan. 6th protesters or the guys that went to Bundy Ranch or Edward Snowden? You’d think they’d be cheering them and rushing to join in.

Another thing that you got me thinking about, especially about there being nothing new under the sun thing, is when you really think about it socialism and communism is really just revamped and modernized version of the medieval feudal system.

I think it is the immense fear they have of setting out on their own in life and being 100% responsible for their own success or failure. More than any generation in recent memory the Zennials are quick to place blame for their predicaments on anyone or anything other than themselves. No matter what, if they don’t achieve success it CANNOT be their fault. To admit they were wrong or made mistakes is unthinkable. Socialism makes false promises to protect these kids from responsibility, and that is very enticing to this generation. On top of that, they think that because government power is on their side right now this means that they are in “control.” The kids going full-on leftist don’t understand that in every collectivist regime of the modern era, the elites used people just like them as a weapon to bludgeon their enemies and then killed them off once they were done exploiting them.

      • Retired442 December 11, 2021 at 1:24 pm

the sad fact is that these young people may be a lost cause in the world coming up! They are the children of an artificial social system built around an artificial financial system that’s a Ponzi scam that is now collapsing.
They may be compared to the young aristocrats in France & Russia brought up in an artificial social bubble created around the 2 aristocracies before the revolutions.
Once the regimes fell most aristocrats, who survived, could not function in the new order that followed

        • Pat B December 11, 2021 at 8:49 pm

“Socialism makes false promises to protect these kids from responsibility..”

Actually, so do many parents. Parents not taking the time, care or effort to discipline their own children. To teach them right from wrong. How to even spell words correctly. And basic responsibilities like how to handle money, getting and keeping a job, how to clean-up after yourself. How to help others. America, basically has lost its humanity. It’s all about me-me-me and what can I get out of it!.

Then, again, they were all schooled for 12 or more years in the socialist public school system where anything – ANYTHING. EVERYTHING GOES! Except Truth. The “nanny system” that does everything but bed them down……

…while teaching them how to have sex; transgender – if you don’t like being a little boy you can change to be a girl or ???; abortion graciously provided by Planned Parenthood without parental notice; homosexual acts on children – remember wherever the mind-twisting herd mentality.

No one ever took the time to teach them right from wrong. Parents too busy with their “friends” to discipline or teach their own children. All of this is so easily seen over the last several generations as “mankind” progresses downward.

Your work is articulate and profound Mr. Smith.

    • Concerned December 10, 2021 at 8:33 am

@Greg, cognitive dissonance is a fundamental component of the programming. Oxford Dictionary defines cognitive dissonance as:
“the state of having inconsistent thoughts, beliefs, or attitudes, especially as relating to behavioral decisions and attitude change.”
Hence a supposed anti-establishment social justice warrior can oppose legitimate anti-establishment movements.
When I was a young kid in a public elementary school we were given many hours of exposure to the virtues and goodwill of the United Nations. We were also informed about the work of UNICEF to help impoverished children across the world. The culmination of our indoctrination was an annual school-wide fundraising campaign where us kids, working as junior UN ambassadors, were granted the privilege of going door-to-door to raise money for starving kids around the world. Us young and eager kids were so proud to contribute to such an important and fundamentally good endeavor.
So how receptive do you think I was to considering that the UN was inherently evil? I recall in the late ’80’s, changing the radio station because I couldn’t stand the “lies” of the talk show host who clearly was either misinformed or hateful, because of his negative comments about the UN. My emotional belief system was in control, regardless of logic. Cognitive dissonance was in the drivers seat. I didn’t (couldn’t!) change my beliefs until after reading a very comprehensive book on globalism and it’s history and organization. Even then, I didn’t believe it until after spending weeks in public libraries searching for material that verified the claims made in the book. That was years before Al Gore gave us the internet. Ultimately, the decision to change my mind was as much emotional as it was factual. I had to make a conscious decision to surrender my world view.
My example related to UN indoctrination of children is one small example in a massive decades-long campaign to capture the hearts of entire generations via deceptive programming. For an example of how deep and pervasive this is, think about establishment insider Donald Trump. Soon after he took over management of CIA money laundering in Atlantic City (with funding from the Rothschild’s), the media establishment began promoting him to the public, starting with placing him on gameshows, followed by decades of extensive coverage and media engagement. Over time, for many people Trump became the public symbol for outrageous wealth and extravagance. And ultimately, he was portrayed as a brash executive with limited capacity for empathy and insight. Leading up to his enshrinement in the White House on a fake “America First” platform, to capture votes and religious fervor from legitimately dis-enfranchised Americans and the creation of right-leaning cognitive dissonance with intelligence campaigns such as QAnon. This was coordinated in time for mass implementation of communist agitation, where Trump was an easy and obvious target (and role player) towards discrediting individual wealth and national sovereignty, among multiple other parallel agendas.
I could list hundreds or thousands of examples demonstrating how we’ve been inundated for decades with emotionally driven exercises to establish cognitive dissonance. In fact, establishment of cognitive dissonance is the very reason that the globalists are able to maintain their control of the country. We have an a massive and growing population who see’s the treachery and corruption in Washington and recognizes that this country was usurped decades ago. Yet there remains no single, effective, unified movement to stop it. Why not? Start with cognitive dissonance. Break those chains, and then we’ll see momentum.

What do you think are the chances of a war in Ukraine or Taiwan in 2022?

    • Avatar photo
Brandon Smith December 9, 2021 at 6:58 pm

The Ukraine situation has popped up incessantly over the past decade and it might just be theater. Taiwan, however, seems more likely within the next couple of years, especially if China has a major economic crisis (like something stemming from Evergrande). The CCP would need a distraction for the Chinese public away from the crisis and they would need to divert blame away from the communist government. Also, China is at a point now where they will need to expand if they want to keep the CCP in power. The country is beginning to stagnate, but they have control of a massive manufacturing base. Expanding into a couple of other countries like Taiwan would gain them more resources and buy them time. Taiwan is also one of the world’s largest computer chip-makers, which means China could own that market or take it down if they invaded.

      • John W. December 10, 2021 at 9:44 pm

The CCP has big problems and needs a distraction ala Hitler and the Jews. Taiwan will see up the chip mfg capability worldwide and also give their subs immediate access to deep water. Look out after the Olympics.

Very good chance. Step one was taken by Putin in 2014 when he saw America weak under Barack “Red Line” Obama and easily took Crimea. 70-30 on Ukraine. Putin wants that land bridge to get his oil and gas to Europe…. And he wants desperately to rebuild the old empire. This action will actually be Step 2 after the earlier Crimea seizure. This invasion of the the rest of Ukraine will be accomplished with America even weaker under Sleepy Joe Biden. But this time Putins little war games will be quite bloody got Mother Russia. 40 million Ukrainians are now fully awake. Putin could go non conventional when his losses start piling up. But expect Joe to stay in his basement asleep….Kiev can’t depend on him for anything .

Putin is close friends with Henry Kissinger (Mr. NWO) and has been since before he was leader of Russia. If something does happen over Ukraine, it will only be because the globalists want it to happen.

      • Chevrus December 14, 2021 at 8:02 am

In 2014 it was the US State Dept that staged the Maidan coup. Victoria Nudelman was there handing out cookies. Snipers targetted both side, it was a classic “color revolution”. The Ukrainian army attacked Donbass because they did not want to go along and for good reason. The Russians “invaded” at least 35 times over the next 4-5 years or so and the MSM screeched about it each time. The only occupation Russian forces overtly made was in Crimea. When compare with the NATO annexation of Kosovo it was bloodless (1 KIA). The citizens of Crimea overwhelmingly voted to rejoin the RF for what its worth.

The new Ukrainian .gov under Poroshenko launched the offensive on Donbass complete with SS style “punishment battallions” targetting civilians and infrustructure. The Novorussians in the east certainly had help from Mother Russia in the form of advisors and supplies, and the Ukies had plenty of NATO help as well. In fact they had to flee Debaltsevo in civilian garb when they were surrounded and cut off, but that is for another thread.

My point is that there is no sane reason for Russia to take and hold an territory in Ukraine. It is a borderline failed state that has been propped up by Russian oil and gas for decades.

Good article Brandon, and yes, nothing new under the sun.
This todays leftist ideology is coming from money elite globslist think tanks to enslave the population.

In Russian revolutionary war the last general of the white army, Anton Denikin saw the truth. Here some observations from John Ernest Hodgson, a British war correspondent with Denikin’s forces:

“I had not been with Denikin more than a month before I was forced to the conclusion that the Jew represented a very big element in the Russian upheaval. The officers and men of the Army laid practically all the blame for their country’s troubles on the Hebrew. They held that the whole cataclysm had been engineered by some great and mysterious secret society of international Jews, who, in the pay and at the orders of Germany, had seized the psychological moment and snatched the reins of government. All the figures and facts that were then available appeared to lend colour to this contention. No less than 82 per cent of the Bolshevik Commissars were known to be Jews, the fierce and implacable ‘Trotsky,’ who shared office with Lenin, being a Yiddisher whose real name was Bronstein. Among Denikin’s officers this idea was an obsession of such terrible bitterness and insistency as to lead them into making statements of the wildest and most fantastic character. Many of them had persuaded themselves that Freemasonry was, in alliance with the Jews, part and parcel of the Bolshevik machine, and that what they had called the diabolical schemes for Russia’s downfall had been hatched in the Petrograd and Moscow Masonic lodges. ”

Yes.. nothing new under the sun.

    Yes.. communism is a lie.

Here is what concerns me: People love to say “the young are the future leaders of our country”. What does that say for our future? I am 81 years old so my personal worry is minimal, but the worry for my country, which I have loved dearly my whole life, is very great. I honestly believe it is past any hope of survival as it was. The young generations have not a clue what is in store for them, and for that reason I worry for them also…. “Forgive them for they know not what they do.”

I worked with a guy that escaped Communist Laos. He said everyone loved Communists, until the day they took power. Then the public executions started, and the people lost ALL of their freedom, and their view on Communism changed to say the least. Americans do not know how good we have it here.

Those countries who have experienced the communist rule, hate communism. Like Poland. In their parliament there is only one (1/100) socialist. Okay, one leftist social liberal also, but anyway you got the point.. One of the sanest wisest countries in the EU.

Many of them are just trying to find a way to exert power and influence over the world, but they lack the experience to accomplish much on their own. This is the allure of the mob – It gives young people the feeling of power that they could not have had otherwise, and that feeling is addictive. It’s not that young people are foolish, per se, it’s that they are naturally impatient with life and they don;t want to wait for the benefits that come with long term effort and sacrifice.

I think that we were actually the first adults in the world when we won our independence and established a free Republic based on individual liberty. This is not a new idea, but it is very rare in history. Then we slowly reverted to children again as the elitists took over our institutions. The rest of the world never left the cradle. They barely have an inkling of what real freedom is.

I can agree with that revision, we had it, now we have to do it again.

“Something is going to have to change very soon and rather violently. While the young are exploited through their fears of stepping into a world based on merit, collectivist tyranny will only continue to grow.” Thank you for the wise lesson’s Brandon throughout the last decade!

Could it be that the young are correct? How about the fact that the public has been lied to about everything for the last hundred years, by both political parties? Its one thing to look at wealth creation and assume a societies success but its another to look at the corruption and lies and wars generated by the useless people in washington and come to the realization that they’re ALL grifters and opportunists. Those in power are removed enough from the results to not give a damn about any individual, and THAT is when society begin to rot. Social and Financial engineering are TOOLS the elites use to empower and enrich themselves while handing the bill to the common people. Facades are easy, life is not.

Then why are the majority of young people jumping to support socialism and bigger government? This would make them very incorrect, or at least ignorant of actual solutions to the root problem.

      • Z December 12, 2021 at 7:23 am

Because they have been mostly influenced by the globalization trend which has accelerated in their life span. If they don’t have another perspective then they will default to the next best thing.

How can one expect them to find the key to something that they never had?

The same way the rest of us did, by caring about something beyond themselves and their own egos.

  • Yerfej December 12, 2021 at 7:58 am

Are they looking for bigger “existing” government? Or are they looking to create “other” vehicles to pushing their naïve socialist fantasies? I would say the majority of young people are smart enough to realize the existing government has failed them and previous generations and they’re searching for other means to satiate their need for all the social goods they think can be acquired by cooperation. The problem with being young is of course as you’ve stated is you’re target for every grifter on the planet. It takes time for the young to grow enough to realize everyone has the same agenda to empower and enrich themselves before worrying about any of the fantasy stuff they’re peddling. But then maybe it could be me who’s naïve, hard to tell sometimes.

They are looking for bigger existing government. Their avid support for the covid mandates and vax passports makes this abundantly clear. They aren’t interested in fighting the system, they are only interested in partnering with the system in exchange for scraps from the table of power. The point of the article is to debunk the notion that them “being targeted” is an excuse or explanation. They are still participants in the crime, and no, they don’t have it right. There is a reason why they are targeted, as noted in the article. They believe there is something to gain by going along with the tyranny. The fact is – They are NOT against the system, they are reveling in the power of the system because they think it is on their side.

There surely has to be an element of religion in all of our problems. Humans have a religious impulse that has to be enacted. Humans search for meaning, unless they listen to the nihilists. Climate Change seems to be the new God, replacing that Good ‘ole religion of past generations. Climate Change has dogma, prophets, zealots, and anyone disagreeing with the dogma is a heretic. The young have been propagandized to believe they can “save the planet”? Wow. What could be more self-empowering. Their opponents of course can just be lumped into “planet haters” or “climate-deniers”. This is a moralistic power trip that is intoxicating to many young people who have been taught to hate tradition and who have no attention span due to 24/7 screen time.

Nothing new under the sun is right. Some of these battles on the signs have already been fought and won. And as centuries earlier, another failing empire in the process of ending its current reign. No different than Egypt, Media-Persia, Rome, etc. Classic empire failures built upon wealth, sexual exploits, greed, and great sinfulness.

When looking closely at the picture, at all the young faces, at the start of this article they are all against one thing – Trump. So to my way of thinking, they are still being well-brainwashed, like the racism rioting debacles of recent times. It’s party-time! When you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything.

Different day, same way of rebelling against a particular person or ideology. It doesn’t seem to be against anything or anyone else. A Biden sign is nowhere in the photo. So this seems to me that’s its simply another Soros pay-off, or whoever the current billionaire of choice paying for this group of the young, and very UN-informed who choose to never question what they are even standing for.

In the baby boomers defense, they were raised somewhat like the millennials and zennials in that they were brought up to trust the establishment more than they should courtesy of the public school system. Plus before the internet sources of info were limited to establishment-controlled media outlets with alternatives being few and far between. Also the globalists weren’t as exposed and open about their malicious intent back then as they are now.

Need to start where we are.
Take a kid in your world and help them.
    Make food with them.
    Do a project with them.
If you are an employer take them in and show them how to be a productive part of a process that is engaged in contributing something of value to the world.
Each kid you connect with is strengthened and their family is strengthened and slowly but surely the world is raised up.

Not all kids are created equal. We have several pre-teens, under 20’s, and 20 something that faithfully come every week and prepare hot meals and give out bags of groceries for the homeless and local community. They are smart, wise and interested enough to stay off their “idol of silver and gold” (and numerous other minerals and metals) not constantly chit chatting with “friends.” But interested and interesting.

It’s all about the wisdom, the quality and integrity of parenthood. And the kind of education they receive. And who their idols are. We’ve forgotten words and character like integrity, honesty, decency, helping others. And we’ve booted out the Creator of the universe.

My last word to these young people (none are here, of course!)………….GET A JOB!!!

    • helot December 14, 2021 at 5:06 pm

Sadly, Many people are afraid to hire them. I’ve heard some people say they talked to lawyers and walked away convinced that hiring them for doing simple things such as mowing a lawn or trimming bushes might easily open them up to being sued.
Then there’s the despicable minimum wage laws. I’d hire several right now, only I cannot afford to pay them minimum wage, or take the risk for paying less, not too mention, the potential for getting sued for a stubbed toe or a paper cut, is like the sword of Damocles.

This is a very tragic situation.
I guess, so far, the robots haven’t taken over, there’s always MacDonald’s or work as a cashier at a gas station?

  • Igby MacDavitt December 15, 2021 at 10:14 pm

A lot of their parents are really no different. They enter the world looking for a job with benefits, a few weeks vacation, a government pension, all the while relying on the local chemical witch doctor to keep them ‘healthy”. Where is the personal responsibility of looking after your own retirement, employing yourself and not ever relying on others to keep you housed, clothed, fed and healthy? People tend to play along within the system until it turns on them, not unlike nowadays. However the threat was always there, they just chose to believe the government cared. Hard lesson, and now their collective foolishness drags us down to our knees before we can see there is a war on for our freedom.

There’s no comparison. Looking for a job with a pension (which you pay into with your labor) and some vacation time is not the same as demanding the minimum wage be raised to $20 an hour for no-skill jobs, or demanding that everyone else pay much higher taxes so that you don’t have to work at all because you don’t feel like it. The difference between older generations and Zennials is stark. No other generation has lived with their parents into their 30’s while at the same time expecting not to work. The closest was the Great Depression, and they all worked their butts off. I think Zennials need a major economic kick in the balls, unfortunately. They need to learn what real suffering looks like. Not all of them, but around 60% of them are clueless how much work it takes to actually survive.
